ContactEngine, a leading provider of proactive conversational AI technology, today announced its inclusion in the 20th anniversary Sunday Times Sage Tech Track 100, ranking 92 on the list.
The Sunday Times Tech Track 100 league table ranks Britain’s 100 private tech (TMT) companies with the fastest-growing sales over their latest three years. This year’s special Covid-19 edition highlights the important contribution that technology companies have made to the UK during the pandemic, from supporting the NHS to enabling remote working.
ContactEngine, featuring in the list for the second year in a row, prides itself on being at the forefront of machine learning, and has attracted leading scientists including AI expert Professor Chris Reed and former government chief scientific officer Professor Nick Jennings, who chairs ContactEngine’s AI Advisory Board.
ContactEngine’s proprietary technology is devised by a team of linguists, behavioural scientists and mathematicians to perform automated human-like conversations, and the company has received multiple awards for both advancements in AI and for the benefits its technology provides in terms of improving interactions between corporates and their customers. ContactEngine was also recently listed as a Sample Vendor in the Gartner Hype Cycle for Customer Service and Support Technologies, 2020 report.
Prof. Mark K. Smith, Group CEO of ContactEngine, commented: “To be included in the Tech Track 100 amongst so many world-leading companies is a great achievement, and we’re very proud to have ranked two years in a row. Our mission has always been to create perfect customer journeys – and this inclusion is a testament to our continued efforts and success in doing so for our clients and their customers.”
The 20th annual Sunday Times Sage Tech Track 100 list was published in the paper on Sunday (6 September) in the Business section, as well as on the Fast Track website. The awards element of The Tech Track 100 will be held as a virtual event in November.
